When making concrete products the amount of water in the product itself is very important, as it directly affects the characteristics of that product in the qualitative and decorative sense. In the production there is always a tendency to keep the amount of added water on the upper possible limit. For this reason, PINKY-S has produced the so-called concrete thickener ("Ugušćivač"). The concrete thickener increases the water/cement factor and improves geometric shape stability of product. Also, for more complete hydration at an early stage, when wet concrete gains hardness, using a concrete thickener reduces the amount of secondary efflorescence.
