The water probe has an important role in the concrete industry. Determination of moisture in certain aggregates are prescribed by law. Law said that manufacturer of concrete which uses water probes in those aggregates must determine moisture in them every 7 days, otherwise manufacturer which does not use water probes must determine moisture in them every day.
